We respect the importance of your time and work very hard to schedule appointments that accommodate the busy scheduling needs of all our patients. In return, we ask that patients make every effort not to change reserved dental appointments.

Financial Policies:

• For your convenience we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
• CareCredit is a healthcare line of credit specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance. CareCredit has two unique features; every CareCredit transaction is eligible for a “no-interest” (if paid within promotional period) or a “low fixed interest” payment plan, and you can use the card at all healthcare practices that offer CareCredit. You can apply by phone at 1-800-365-8295 or online at www.carecredit.com. If you would like our assistance with the application process, you can fill out an application in our office.
• We extend a 5% prepayment courtesy to patients with treatment plans totaling $1000 or more.
