• Digital X-Rays

  We use a technique called “digital radiography” which utilizes an electronic sensor (instead of X-ray film) to capture an electronic dental image that can be viewed almost immediately on a computer screen. One of the biggest benefits of this innovation is the substantial reduction in radiation exposure—up to 90% less in comparison to traditional X-rays. It’s definitely a better health option.

• Oral Cancer Screening

  This technology looks deep within the tissue to where oral cancer and its precursors begin. The VELscope System creates a reaction that can make unhealthy tissue easier to differentiate from healthy tissue, and particularly sensitive to the early signs of disease.

• Laser Cavity-Detection System

  DIAGNOdent is a revolutionary technology that allows us to thoroughly inspect your teeth. By comparing reflection wavelengths, we can detect decay in tooth grooves, fissures and cracks—the type of decay that could otherwise go undetected.

• Accelerated Adult Orthodontics

  In some cases, adults may be great candidates for accelerated orthodontics—the straightening and aesthetic spacing of front teeth in only three to eight months. We are specially trained in this proven orthodontic process that alleviates the need for wearing braces for up to three years.

• Cosmetic Re-contouring

• Intraoral Camera

  With the use of a miniature camera that is capable of capturing color images inside your mouth, you will see exactly what is being done during an office visit on an overhead monitor. By being able to view the problems in your mouth, you can be more aware and involved in your treatment plan.

• Ultrasonic Scaler

  Our hygienists use an ultrasonic scaling device that emits a very controlled, high-pressure stream of water to remove plaque from your teeth. Faster and far more comfortable than traditional methods of cleaning teeth, you’ll be sold the first time you visit one of our hygienists.

• Microabrasion

  Drill-less dentistry is a dream come true. With the use of pressurized air carrying tiny particles of aluminum oxide to a treatment area, a tooth surface is very precisely and gently abraded. Our painless use of microabrasion removes stains and cleans out cavities or decayed tooth structures without the use of a drill.

• Porcelain Crowns and Veneers

  A porcelain restoration is an aesthetic means to rebuild existing teeth that are either decayed, damaged, missing, discolored, chipped or uneven. The end result is a natural, beautiful smile and teeth that have been restored to their original strength, functionality and beauty. We use CEREC technology in our office to create porcelain crowns and veneers. It’s the world’s only system that allows a dentist to produce all ceramic dental restorations in just one office visit. This means fewer injections, less drilling and less time out of your busy schedule for dental care.

• Root Canals

  Sometimes teeth don’t age to perfection, and the nerve pulp within them becomes inflamed or infected. The usual plan of action to rescue a tooth in distress and a patient in pain is to perform a root canal. We are expertly trained in the removal of infected pulp from the inside of a tooth and restoring it afterward with a porcelain crown.

• Smile Design

  Our most comprehensive approach to achieve beautiful teeth and a radiant image is with Smile Design. This is our most customized treatment plan that incorporates some or all of the most technologically advanced procedures available today—orthodontics, porcelain veneers, bonding, contouring and restorations. Our Smile Design cases require a blend of our knowledge of dentistry and our sense of aesthetics to create vibrant and beautiful new smiles.

• Clifford Testing

  Clifford Materials Reactivity Testing (CMRT) is a laboratory screening process used to help identify existing sensitivity problems to various chemical groups and families of compounds in an individual patient. This process is currently being implemented in the CMRT Dental Test. After a patient’s test has been completed, the patient’s reactivity test results are compiled in a report and given to them. We will go through the report to explain the results.
